WVU PRSSA is pleased to host Marly Leighton, Chief of Staff at DoSomething.org, the largest nonprofit organization for young people and social change. Leighton will share how it is possible for young people to create real community impacts through a digital platform. In Leighton’s presentation, you will learn how DoSomething.org uses its data to move issues from “nice” to “important” in the minds of its five million members, how its mantra “Fight For the User” impacts campaign creation, and how online actions can drive significant offline impact.
